Submit a service request for maintenance by contacting the office in person or phone during business hours, calling the 24-hour emergency maintenance phone, or submitting a request online through your resident services account.
If locked out during business hours come to the office, once we verify you are a leaseholder, you can borrow a key to get back into your apartment. If after office hours, contact emergency maintenance, after verifying you are a leaseholder, they can let you into your apartment.
We have designated pet friendly and smoke free buildings, patio/balcony with private storage, 3rd floor vaulted ceilings with half-moon window, select units with pond views, outdoor swimming pool with sundeck, gas range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, and full-size washer and dryer.
Resident packages can be held at the office for pick up during business hours. Once received we will log and scan the package and you will receive a text message or email informing you there is a package at the office for pick up.
