Every apartment is cleaned, painted, and has the carper cleaned or replaced prior to move-in. The Property Manager also inspects each unit before it is deemed ready.
Submit a service request for maintenance by contacting the office in person or phone during business hours, calling the 24-hour emergency maintenance phone, or submitting a request online through your resident services account.
If locked out during business hours come to the office, once we verify you are a leaseholder, you can borrow a key to get back into your apartment. If after office hours, contact emergency maintenance, after verifying you are a leaseholder, they can let you into your apartment.
Yes, hanging pictures and other decorations is encouraged! If you would like to paint your apartment you will need to check with the Property Manager first.
We have designated pet friendly and smoke free buildings, patio/balcony with private storage, 3rd floor vaulted ceilings with half-moon window, select units with pond views, outdoor swimming pool with sundeck, gas range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, and full-size washer and dryer.
There are no quiet hours. The community building can be rented for personal gatherings. There is a $100 deposit and $75 fee to rent the community building.
Residents can pay their rent online through their resident services account or mail their rent payment to the address stated in their lease (Cash is not accepted).
We have a Cancellation Premium that you can pay at the time you give your move-out notice. The cost of the Cancellation Premium will vary from unit to unit.
